If you don’t like traditional cardio training, you might find this stair workout a refreshing change.
It’s a great way to improve your fitness level and agility, and burn a good number of calories.
It took me around 30 minutes to complete this workout and was soaked (I mean *sparkling*!) from head to toe!
Stair training will really get your heart rate up, so if you’re a beginner, do your best with the variations I show in the “Part 2” video.
These modifications will make it much less intense so please give it a try and let me know how it goes.
WARNING: Please please please make sure you stretch your calves, legs and hip flexors really well after the workout. My soleus/calf muscles were sore for days afterards. 🙂
Now go give this workout a try, enjoy the energy high… and don’t say I didn’t warn you! 😉
