There is a lot of confusion about nutrition and “what to eat”.

 

The next time you’re in a situation where you don’t know what to believe because of the “he said”, “she said”, “they say” contradictions, go back to basics.

 

My golden rule is:

 

“Eat only what the sun touches, what the rain and water nourish, and what the earth naturally provides. Avoid anything man-made.”

 

Follow this simple rule and you’ll never have to worry about counting calories or the thought of what to eat again.

 

It’s simple.
