Hi Everyone,
It’s so easy for life to get in the way of our healthy habits.
I struggled to workout regularly this summer because of jet lag, lack of sleep, and alot of family functions and celebrations.
But that’s life. There will always be vacations, time off, sick days, celebrations, and so on.
What’s important is to always make the best out of the worst situation and get back on track as soon as you can.
All it takes is a few workouts to ease you back in and get the ball rolling again.
So, here’s a great workout for those who need a push in the right direction.
Workout Details:
Set your interval timer to 6 rounds, 10 seconds of rest followed by 30 seconds of work for each exercise.
There are 4 exercises and each exercise will take 4 minutes to complete.
Reset your interval timer after each exercise and catch your breath before quickly moving on to the next exercise.
1. Wood Chop:
6 rounds, 10 sec rest/30 sec hard work (alternate sides at each interval)
2. Burpee Push-Up to Jump 1/2 Turn:
6 rounds, 10 sec rest/30 sec hard work
3. Seated Knee Tucks:
6 rounds, 10 sec rest/30 sec hard work
4. Side Plank Hip Raise:
6 rounds, 10 sec rest/30 sec hard work (alternate sides at each interval)
I hope you enjoy the workout. Feel free to leave me your comments and/or suggestions.
