Hi guys,

 

I’m just loving the Free-B EASY workouts. 

 

So far both Sandras (funny how that happened) have been amazing sports and as you’ll see in the video, not only is she working up a good sweat but we’re having loads of fun too. 

 

Beware – Sandra has a very infectious laugh!  🙂

 

So today’s workout is a simple 20-minute routine with 5 bodyweight exercises. Always remember to warm-up and stretch afterwards.
