Keeping in mind that most expats leave during the summer, Free-B #7 is a great, hassle-free travel routine.  That’s one less thing to worry about right? 🙂

 

There are basically 3 different exercises that work your full body and in between each of these exercises, there is a simple cardio move to get your heart rate up and get you sweating in no time! 

 

The goal is to complete as many rounds as you can in 12 minutes – or whatever time suits your needs and fitness level.
