So I’m not going to sugar coat the intensity of this workout – it’s brutal! 

 

This is definitely not a beginner workout, but I do show beginner modifications if you do feel up to the challenge. 

 

If it is too difficult however, then you’ll love my Thursday Free-B EASY workout. 

 

So today’s workout has 4 different bodyweight exercises and will take you 16 minutes to complete. 

 

Always remember to warm-up and stretch afterwards, and remember… Be Positive!
