Hi guys,

 

Being “fit” encompasses a number of components; speed, power, agility, stamina, endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance & accuracy. 

 

The more competent you become in these components, the better your fitness level becomes, and the better you become at dealing with real-life situations. 

 

If you’ve ever had to run across the airport while pulling luggage to avoid missing a flight, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. 🙂

 

Today’s workout focuses on power and stamina, all while working the entire body.  This is an advanced workout so I’ll make sure to post a Free-B EASY workout for my next video.

 

As always, make sure you warm-up for a few minutes before the workout and don’t forget to stretch afterwards.
