If you’ve been following my site and Facebook fan page for a while, you know that my mission is to help as many people as I can get into shape and lead healthier lives.
I have been filming and posting free workouts for nearly 7 months now and although I know how much they can benefit you all, there are still many people who just watch my videos instead of actually trying them.
So in an attempt to help you out even more, I’ve decided to not only show you the workout, but to actually do the workout with you so that you can follow along as well.
As always, beginner variations are shown towards the end of the video and always remember to warm-up and stretch afterwards.
I’d really appreciate it if you left me a comment telling me how I can improve my videos (I know I need better ligthing and possibly a mic when I shoot outdoors… working on it!).
I’m open to constructive criticism and of course, compliments are always welcome. 🙂
