My 2-minute breakfast smoothie… blend together:
1 ripe banana
1 C skim milk (can also use almond or soy milk if you prefer)
1 raw organic whole egg (don’t be grossed out… contrary to popular belief, this IS the best way to eat eggs)
1 ripe avocado
2 Tbsp crushed flax seeds (optional)
7 ice cubes (I like it VERY cold)
The avocado gives this drink a nice creamy texture. The banana flavor is what really stands out and you won’t even notice the raw egg.
Eating supportively is easy.

No-Bake Healthy Chocolate Balls

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C raw walnuts (or macadamia)
- 20 dates, pitted
- 1/3 C raw cocoa powder
- Shredded coconut or crushed/powdered pistachios for coating (optional)
Instructions
- Blend everything together in a blender until it forms a paste.
- Form balls and roll in a bowl of shredded coconut (or pistachios) until covered. (Your palms and fingers will get sticky.)
- Seal in an airtight container.
- Count the minutes before they’re all gone!
- Enjoy!!
Notes
- Remember to use as many organic ingredients as possible.
