Hi guys,
I hope you’re enjoying my “follow-along” format and finding it more motivating to exercise on your own.
Today’s routine is another full body circuit-interval workout that is only 12 minutes long.
As you’ll see in the video, when I get tired, I modify the exercise to make it easier instead of stopping completely.
I encourage all of you to do the same and I show those modifications towards the end of the video.
I also wanted to share with you my thoughts on how else I can improve my videos.
I really want to help everyone – especially those people who have never worked out a day in their life.
Whether you’re a senior, de-conditioned, new to exercise, or obese – I want to help you find a way to make fitness part of your lifestyle.
This is why I’d like to make my Thursday workouts “Free-B Easy Workouts”.
I understand that even some of my beginner modifications are still too advanced for many, and this is why I’d like to make this change.
